overall, while i have some gripes, i am completely sold on this game immense amount of polish, it achieves what it sets out to do perfectly, and most of my gripes are just about the direction it goes on rather than any issues in its execution everyone who worked on this should be proud !

speaking of the ending that final boss KICKED ASSSSSS it was a way cooler version of king deltarune my favorite attack was the mouth attack, where the battle box went over his stomach i also loved how the flavor text made sure to focus on the blood in this situation

SPOILER AREAA i loved figuring out who this door was about, at first i thought it might be cassidy, seeing a fifth spirit run off then i thought it was cc when i saw the three tall faceless spirits, correctly guessing they were the bullies and when they started talking to a fifth off screen person-

not to the same extent, obviously, but i still found myself rolling my eyes at them sometimes its probably just me tho, so i wont really count "having npcs" as a flaw lol, but i do stand by freddybear being a liiittle too much, so i hope the full game has less of things like him

freddybear..... i didnt like him. like at all i know the game is obviously toby fox inspired, but freddybear felt too much like playing an early deltarune chapter, down to the typing quirk and obsession with pleasing the protags after being born with that purpose the same applies to the npcs tbh

at them, i was eventually just doing entire turns in a few seconds which is why im not a fan of the puzzles, they all felt pretty boring and time consuming, i found stuff like the wall boss much better (speaking of i loved that guy)

i loved the art a lot, especially the battle and shop sprites, all the little animations makes me think a story without much flavor text could genuinely work wonders speaking of battles those were fun as FUCK, the little minigames for each attack are awesome, as the game progressed i got quicker-

forgetting who they were after being merged together in molten freddy, i also love the way charlie makes them remember being related to their lifes as animatronics, it was a prison but its still who they became after all these years i wish the entire game was like that... but i'll get to that later

waited a while for this, heres my thoughts firstly, i was in love with the opening sequence, it had the vagueness of fnaf stories and the interactions between charlie and the mci was a great way to establish her relationship with them as a sort of guide. i loved the concept of the kids- (1/?)

my guess for what awakening is that theres no broken face form if sonic is the one controlling the world, wouldnt him breaking down also break every thing/one? maybe thats why victims hate each other, i know id be pissed if some loser didnt play along correctly and got me tortured for THEIR mistakes

presented as a joke or not, the point is that being aware of the meta elements lets you just do that im sure theyre gonna present it seriously at some point, theres a lot of emphasis on glitches being pieces of the world's rules so its perfectly reasonable to assume wrong warping is just a skill
