Russians have 80,000 troops stranded on the wrong side of the Denipro River in Kherson Ukraine with no means of escape or re-supply. Ukraine has destroyed all bridges. Pontoon bridges are destroyed by Ukraine as soon as they are built. Ukraine just has to wait until Russian supplies run out.

I would like to see an impenetrable voting technology in the United States, perhaps based on encryption and block chain technology, that would allow citizens to vote with the knowledge that as citizens that their votes will be counted securely and transparently. I was laid off at Digital Equipment in the 1990s, in my 50's, after 12 years on the job. Same scenario. I am 84 now. There is life after a layoff. Spent 9 years IT consulting 9 years as IT Business Analyst in Corporate job. Persistence in looking is key. Don't stop looking until you have a job.
