Happy New Year! Thanks for the Artshare! I'm Cheryl, and this year, I've mostly worked on the 2nd book for my comic, "The Spider and The Lamb." My art goal for 2026 is actually finishing that book! Here's some work that I made this year!

An illustration related to my comic "The Spider and The Lamb." Gurteerath, a spider-demon, carries Esther, a nun in a pink habit. Gurteerath has determination in his glowing 8 eyes, while Esther looks in fear at a golden, fiery angelic figure. The angelic figure with 6 massive flaming wings and a halo is the Pope. Seven blue tarantulas chaotically hang around Esther and Gurteerath as they all try to escape the golden inferno.

Poster for my comic, "The Spider and the Lamb". The Text says, "Esther, a perturbed nun with Angelic Powers, longs to heal people outside of convent walls. She waits to serve the Pope until a stoic Spider Demon, Gurteerath, helps her escape the Pope's scheme with
her as "the Lamb". Alongside the Spider, the Lamb travels across the Holy Empire, weaponizing her Power against the Pope, thus healing the wounds of Demons, Angels, and Humanity." Esther, in her pink habit, stands defiantly with a golden wing, halo, and glowing eyes, holding onto her Rosary beads. Gurteerath stands on the other side of her, lifting his arm as a blue tarantula spawns from it. Gurteerath wears dark clothes and has two horns, eight spider legs originating from his back, and eight glowing eyes.

Sticker Design for Reverend Mother, a nun clad in weapons and a magenta habit that is the shape of a downward arrow. She looks down angrily with one amber and one blue eye. She places a bullet withing the middle finger of her mechanical hand, which each finger serves as a gun. Smoke emits from the end of each finger.

The Golden Girls as a Black Metal band. They all wear Gothic grandma clothes and have Black Metal paint on their faces. An intimidating and grumpy Dorothy stands at the front with a black guitar and spiked shoulder pads, holding up a cheesecake. Blanche stands behind her with a flirtatious smile, wearing a spiked choker and playing the bass. Rose stands behind her double keyboard setup, scratching her head in confusion. Sophia sits on a levitating drum set with a crazy smile. She lifts both of her drumsticks above her head and does a "Devil's horns" symbol with her hands.
