Almost every single title I’ve won as an adult, the people who gave it to me seem to of forgotten before my reign was over. Once again I remind everyone that competitions aren’t the key to a successful career. Save your money and efforts for things that pay off beyond vanity and bragging rights.

I won EDI & it did nothing for my career or my social experience. I have less booking requests, no ongoing publicity around it, & while that is okay for me, if I needed those things, it would be a big blow. If I was one of the dancers who spend thousands on new shows for comps, I’d be devastated.

My flights were delayed 4+hrs, I was rebooked on another bc I would miss my connection. The new flight was 4+ hours delayed also, & midair I was automatically rebooked to a 5:30AM one bc I would miss the new connection, but now that one is also delayed and I could have made it. I hate it here.
