Lastly a SUPER fun fact) Naturally over 9 years of serving Kyiv residents and guests - many other ramen shops began to copy this egg. ALL of them diy it pink like we do but they all miss the point. The appeal is not esthetic in fact it is invisible - hiding in plain sight. One just needs to eat.

Did you know that the pickled egg in our famous SPICY RAMEN was inspired by my work at an Irish pub in LA. They had jars of them on the counter and I had to pickle them several times a week. Fun fact: the longest I’ve had an egg pickling in our marinade was - 14 months. I ate it one day, was good

These days work load became so intense that days off stopped being an option. Good thing I got my vacation when I could. I’m currently 45 days non stop. My best result back when I was 24 - 272 days non stop in LA working 3 jobs. Let’s see how well I’ve aged. Squeezing bursts of fun into my life…
