Huge thank you to the very talented team at The Pine in Cremore, Ontario for a marvelous dinner last night. That Michelin star is much deserved!

A #goodlunch from a couple of days ago doing a little recipe testing. Tasty enough that I think it might deserve a re-make for a better picture. Duck confit grilled cheese on sourdough, with a sweet & spicy basil salsa. Pairs well with Diet Coke, as with most things.

Best croissant I've had in a while, thanks to Paris Bakery Cafe in Niagara Falls. Took me back to real Paris for a few minutes.

It's a little late for a #GoodLunch but this was a great foraged dinner from the good folks at Down Home restaurant. Absolute delight from start to finish. Big thanks to Joel and the crew and special guest host Nick of North for the hospitality, and especially the food.
