Well I want to introduce you to the alcohol taper down method. Of course those little jars didn’t work cause I drank them in a day. But I rewashed them and gonna try cbd and/or mucinex to sleep. Not all these things at once but the little bottle 11am. A cbd gummy before trying the mucinex.

Easy to pick on a person with no network. No husband, no friends, mother that believes the community over her daughter. But thankfully our relationship is better now that I live alone. The Watchers on Netflix represented this community perfectly. Took my mind off the world shit show for a bit.
