I was meme-ing when I called the ponies the best card in The Hobbit set. Obviously the best card is this value engine. Draws a card. Discards a card. Creates a 1/1. Returns a creature and puts on a +1/+1 counter. Not quite fable of the mirror breaker but it's got a lot.

Flashed my XTEINK X4 with a life tracker that I built. It tracks life totals and commander damage. It's got about 16-30 hours battery life, when always on, which is long enough to keep me gaming for an entire convention weekend. With the bonus not displaying all my embarrassing text messages.

Turns out dragons are great at committing crimes. *Magda, the Hoardmaster* turns three treasure tokens (two after rebate) into 4/4 flying **haste** dragon tokens. Oh and look at all those shiny treasure in the Haul!

Want more dragon enters? *Molten Echoes* (~$15) and *Blade of Selves* (~$6) do it but with a hit to the budget. *Manaform Hellkite* and *Tiamat's Fanatics* get you similar Ganax triggers for a fraction of that cost.

Yeah it's a two free equip item (with the assumption you don't play any more energy) and then it's stranded or sacrifice material. I was kind of hard on it but maybe 2 equips are likely good enough to finish out games.

It's a kill-or-be-killed world and *Morbid Opportunist* knows it. This uncommon is a staple in my decks, so I finally put the payoff in the #PDH command zone. Most lists on @moxfield.com lean into edicts, kill spells, and more death payoffs. The trick is knowing when *not* to empty the table -->

And my favorite bulk pick is *Coalhauler Swine* because this beast of burden makes you unassailable by any large enough attacker/blocker. It's pauper stuffy doll and converts your single target lightning bolt into something that hits your opponents for 5 (and you for 3).

Most of the decks lean towards spell slinging instants while Hawkeye wears some kind of fire breathing enchantment. Bender's Waterskin (~1USD) is incredibly versatile and more affordable than Victory Chimes (~6USD). It transcends pauper EDH because it's going in my other decks to cover my greed.

Do I understand Morningtide's Light right? I get to exile your entire board of creatures, removing all your tokens, swing in and not have to worry about crack back from anyone? Re-ETB all my creatures? Send them away in a holiday while I board wipe for turn?

I enjoy seeing squad on an enchantment. Love that it just says attack. I like its immediate effect in your next comment and that it can grow your army. I also enjoy when spells come back to your hand when your commander takes some game actions so that you keep spell slinging and making baddies

I'm absolutely certain most quite a few of these "becomes prepared" cards (scryfall.com/search?q=o%3...) will far exceed their current market value. A repeatable engine when the criteria is met.
