Working 12 hour shifts can be a drag. Post work Zwift ride with Miguel for 45 minutes keeps the body loose. Leveled up to 98 for some shiny new shoes!

With the new routes for #robopacers it makes it real easy to do a proper Z2 ride in #Zwift. I can't hit 99% Z2 outdoors, even on a flat rail trail but I can do 60-90 minutes on Zwift.

After a bike ride on my local rail trail with my grandson yesterday I was about to plan a long road ride for today. I was less than a mile away from home and was reminded why I #zwift when an incoming pickup truck was on the phone and in my lane. So today I rode Cote de Domancy. No issues on Zwift.

Thanks to #Trump, our worst president ever. I paid an extra 13.42 for gas today due to the #Iran war and the #Epstein files not being released. So far my total cost is an extra $302 to fill up my Subaru since March 2 this year. I present the receipts as proof. 1st is March 2, the 2nd is from today.

#Zwift on my Chromebook doesn't take snapshots. It's all a black screen. Best I can do is screensnaps from the companion app. So I finished all but 2 of the Tour Fever rides. I just didn't have the time or energy to do Ven-Top and Road to the Sky. No bucket hat for me.

Spending an extra $16.81 for #gas because #Trump war with #Iran. Trump can't admit he is a #pedo and won't release the #Epstein files. Receipt of a gas purchase on 3/2 vs 8/8. Total cost of the war on gas alone is $274.07.

I've been tracking my gas purchases since March 2 this year. So far I've spent an extra $257.26 for refueling my Subaru Crosscheck. I can't imagine what all the truckers are paying extra for diesel. Photo proof of what I paid for gas in the beginning of this war. Average for June $4.095 a gallon.

Super busy week with me picking up TWO overnight shifts. I did get at least a ride outside after work. Only a couple dozen people on the DCRT. The walkway had its usual crowd. I wished I could have ridden longer but I needed sleep.
