Eagles-Rams was in many markets, maybe even most markets, but not Texas, the target of the Paxton ad buy. The ads ran on multiple regionalized games, including the Eagles-Rams, because it was cheaper to buy national than to buy local (if there even were any availabilities in Texas at that point).
