The API docs are reasonably self explanatory, there’s an exclusion list that can be used to wildcard match against the tag and flip it to the opposite state that the repo is configured with: boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documenta...

PSL really falls down here, because you probably _want_ services like GitHub Pages to be able to perform handle linking, but they're the exact services the PSL would exclude. The internet really needs something better than the PSL with use cases other than cookies in mind.
