Bike routes have to be made so cars cannot use them to bypass congestion on major roads. There have to be regular diversions so cars cannot get through. Also, some meaningful speed enforcement. I virtually never see vpd speed enforcement, and drivers behave accordingly

Tariffs on Canada, a developed country which has chosen to trade primarily with the US, may cause it to reconsider. The premier of Sask is already pushing to lift Canadian tariffs on Chinese cars. If trump is going to kneecap its auto industry, why not?
