How does one visualise transformation driven by collaboration between multiple stakeholder groups? Our solution was to turn it into a puzzle! As part of a recent project with the Consortium for Agroecological Transformations (CAT), we created a series of puzzles that map out the ecosystem of change.

Exhibit 38 titled 'Energy performance of Coral HQ 39' comparing a conventional building versus Coral HQ 39 building. Three metrics are shown: CO2e emissions (785 vs 115 TCO2e/year, 85% reduction), annual energy costs (1.44 vs 0.21 crore INR, 85% savings with 30% solar PV), and cooling load (250 vs 42 TR, 83% reduction).
