Great work here from @ukhahsoc.bsky.social committee member Shazia and her team to not only improve screening and identification of #delirium in their #HospitalAtHome service, but to also improve knowledge and understanding of delirium among their patients & carers. #WHAHC2025

It was great to be at the #CAPHRWestMidlands conference today, meeting enthusiastic #AHP researchers, hearing about the exciting work they’re doing throughout the region, and hearing the insightful keynote. Plus, it was made even better by winning best poster!!
