I am starting that if you're using third party assets chances are one of them is breaking the function completely. But could be also DirectX being shit and the baking might be working on vulkan (linux) or Metal (macos)

Did you checked on the vrchat forums or reddit if anyone else experienced that?. I would have recommended backup the project and try opening it on the Linux version of unity on a Linux vm and check if the baking works there

I find interesting how the sole shading show some visible wrinkles, is it part of the normal maps? Some time ago I remember seeing a curious workflow of a 3d foot animation that had a driver that slowly showed displacement-map based wrinkles as the toes were pressed tighter

Transferring weights? Isnt this the main model which may have a subdivision modifier to be higher poly on-demand? (Or at least the Maya equivalent to catmull-clark subdivision if this is autodesk Maya you're using)

While exploring one of these old temples, finding such treasures is always impressing!

As you can guess, the air is very humid and it's hot, but this is not such a problem for those wild jungle Yoshs. Being naked also helps for supporting that climate!

This picture will also serve as a later reference for an upcoming work. I won't say anything yet to not reveal any details.
