I had never read a book with queer main characters until about 2 years ago, I'd never seen that representation in books. If you're writing a book right now with main characters that don't often get the spotlight in mainstream media, know that your words matter, keep going! Keep writing!

“I can fix them” but it’s Lieutenant Alex Easton, the nonbinary soldier protagonist from T Kingfishers awesomely ‘grotesque romp’ of a retelling of Fall of the House of Usher ‘What Moves the Dead’. Think Victorian gothic meets folk horror meets cosmic horror meets weird science but also queer.
