I hate what businesses do to orchids like ohhh let’s make them miserable so the consumer gets one and it dies weeks later because of the crappy soil. I got one as a gift and went to remove the old soil and they had the most absorbent kind wrapped with MOSS? hm okay. The soil felt like pudding.

surgery mention thinking about any major surgery is nauseating mainly in regards to recovery. like I’m very much ‘only I can do this right for me. only I can make food only I can bathe only I can etc’. putting trust into a caregiver to do that makes me grit my teeth. but I long for top (surgery)
