Our not-so-little free library finally has an official website (formerly it was only on the book of faces). We buy a lot of books for the community so any donations would be greatly appreciated! No pressure obviously! =) @melissadelavida.com

The library at Hufflehouse in all its glory. Decorated in pride theme for June a couple years back.

My amazing wife @melissadelavida.com just launched this blog, and put her heart and soul into it. This month she's celebrating 100 historical women (five per day) that have changed our world. Please give it a bookmark or share if you can! #resist #womenshistory

Harassment is warranted given that these are literal Nazis trying to stage a coup. Remember kids, if you see a Nazi, you should punch the Nazi.

I have a Pi Hole watching all traffic on my crazy home network (over 130 devices). Its main goal is to filter ads, but between it and what my Ubiquiti network sees, I can say that if they are recording anything, I'm not seeing it. Doesn't mean they aren't, but I doubt it. They are still evil. =)

My wife was born in Chicago, and we visited a couple years ago (in the summer). Had a fantastic time, but that level of cold in the winter is no bueno. I say that as a New Englander lol We talk about moving somewhere warmer all the time, but we'd lose our Hufflehouse library! Stay warm! =)

Labeled shelves, youngest readers at the bottom, regular fiction at the top, and banned books in the middle

Not colorful but here are our little girls, Shuri (the black one), and Nakia (the fluffy one). They are about half the size of regular cats if that helps with the cuteness...

We woke up today to find one cat (Shuri) puked up kibble, and the other (Nakia) evidently killed a very decent sized mouse under our bed (along with a hairball).... Happy new year?

Random post to shout out our labor of love. Bluesky, meet the Library at Hufflehouse... We took an outdoor cabinet and did a ton of stencil work and 3D printed elements. The top side panels change every month. #lfl #littlefreelibrary #bannedbooks #hufflehouse
