Not sure if it would work for you or not….but I’ve been playing sounds on my phone to help clear head space when I wanna sleep. Ranging from a metronome, to brown noise (a lower frequency sounds than white noise), rain sounds, and even frog/crickets. YouTube has 8+hour uninterrupted vids 🫶🏻
