While getting groceries at Aldi yesterday, it was busy and packed (3rd of the month). You gotta move like an eel to navigate, and usually it's not a problem, you just find the flow and go with it, and say "excuse me" if you need someone to move. If you do the same for them, it's no big.

Plus preventative measures for the sleep apnea that will result from putting on that much weight. I took a bit from my experience getting a sleep test, learning that I needed one because I had 84 events the night I was tested. 84 times I stopped breathing for 10-30 sec.
