You’re spot on and I really believe that. The parents generation and grandparents are up at 5 am the “early bird gets the worm” mentality. I wish we would get out of the hustle and grind it out. We have to rest, we need sleep lol we use to be punished for rest why are we not trying to get it lol

I’m out of town visiting and my sleeping in is 8:30 -9am basically. I took my pill a little too late ln so I’m movingly slow. Whole house is up at 7 am talking loud, walking hard across the floor, laughing, the baby crying, phones blaring in my ear…. I thought I was under attack… lol why do this?
