In lots of ways. Tirzepatide is a dual action...there is a triple action in final trials now what is even more effective. I played this off for years as a "cheat" until menopause made my weight unmanageable by "normal" means (eat less, move more)

yes...if you have obstructive sleep apnea It is also shown to help lower blood pressure (by reducing weight) for hypertension that is not reactive to drug interventions (like mine is) Tirzepatide is a dual action agonist, that targets GIP as well as GLP-1.

its only used on type 2, because type 1 is more insulin dependent. there are also different levels...which I learned a lot more about thru research and reading the book Weightless. Tirzepatide (Wegovy/Zepbound) is a double agonist, and I'm finding has also quieted the depression voice in my head.

My nurse buddy gets his tirzepatide from china...offered to let me in on an order. Even though he gets a vial from each batch tested at a lab, I'm like, nah, I'm good. I'd rather pay out of pocket for Zepbound (thru WW) until I can get the VA on board with prescribing it.
