Lovely talk by @joshtumath.uk at #cssday and such a good reminder that we should let text and layout flow. Set boundaries for your text size, no hard values. Test with different sizes on your website. You should bug Josh for the slides, they are full of good stuff.

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but if you make the content in your grid ‘auto-layout’, you can give it properties that are pretty close to CSS layout. The alignment options, under 'position', also work in grid. Let me know if I can help more!
