October is here, so doing a Paint-Tober challenge. Having been aware for so long due to life, i'm mostly doing this to find what I need to relearn.
First figure - Arsenal Vanguard Forge with a launcher. Attempted "glowing" lenses with contrast and a light layer of white ontop, not 100% on it.
