The best barbell exercise squat with heavy weight & no rack for women, barbells 135lb or over. The hack squat it perfect for women. Just pick it up off the floor behind you like a reverse deadlift. Great for legs & glutes, but awkward to get used to. #bodybuilding #fitness

Compound lifts are like steroids. It's the area attack on your body to create those micro rips on your muscles 💪. Do them right as a compound lift & not an isolation move where one muscle over dominates, don't use your arms to press when doing chest for example. #bodybuilding
