I had an outfit planned for RenFaire tomorrow but then the forecast went "BUT WAIT THERE WILL BE RAIN" yesterday so I started a back up and now it looks like it'll be fine again? Weather, can you just figure your act out already???

I know we've talked about this before but it's honestly WILD how true it is.

I went to a weird school growing up but one thing they did that I have appreciated more and more as an adult is that every morning, every kid would shake the headmaster’s hand as they walked in and exchange good mornings with eye contact. It meant none of us have limp, dead fish handshakes.

A moment of silence for all my friends who hate talking on the phone who've had to deal with me, a person who is fine with talking on the phone and will just call you for funsies or to expedite planning, over the years.

It’s okay. I always understood where I fall in the hierarchy 🤣

What if I’m not dating anyone and I don’t have a cat?

Part of the problem with the new Fire Emblem game is that it is not immediately obviously what age range all of the characters are in so sometimes you gotta wait to recruit them to see their character info with their age before you can let yourself get on board with a ship.

It has been almost nine years and I am still immediately summoned by discussion of the BF2 story and/or specifically the Del/Luke mission and its incredible writing and characterization.

Fresh hair color wouldn't actually solve any of my problems including being extremely tired because of the day job but I do think it would make me feel at least 10% better.

I was going to say it's kinda funny but actually, now that I think about it, it's kinda weird that people automatically make the assumption that my mom is an immigrant when they find out she's Asian? Like... joke's on you bro: my mom's family's been in the US longer than the white side of my family.

The Crows rule Treviso and Antiva will be free 🤭

Yeeeeep. And then add in shows like SIX which DID recoup very early on and has a pretty low operating cost due to a roughly 10 person cast (principles and alternates) and 4 person band and yet it's still closing in January and it's looking BLEAK.

I am nothing if not a supporter of the arts and a theatre/musicals girlie but good lord no wonder so many Broadway shows are closing right now. Ticket prices are basically absurd at this point so it's not they're not selling enough to keep the shows running.

Ohhhhh. Yup, that'll do it.

What did you do/accidentally not do to cause it? Cuz there are for sure options lol

Caitie....... Caitie, what did you do??

Bria LaVorgna @chaosbria.com · 24/09/2026

I read it like a decade ago and liked it. It's on my list to reread at some point.

Well if it's bisexual visibility day, then maybe we can finally see the Crows coming before they take us down.

Shout out to the coworker who, when I walked into her office today, immediately offered me some of her french fries and then encouraged me to eat what was probably at solid third of them.

Trying to explain Fire Emblem and the latest game to someone at work who very much does not do video games was an endeavor to say the least.

There is no way on god's green earth that I am opening a link to a story that is apparently character and/or plot related about a game that just launched and I am in the middle of playing.

Sometimes, maturity is just deleting the thing you were going to say and pouring yourself another large cup of coffee instead.

I'm unsure how thick my house's walls are but I sure hope they're enough so my neighbors haven't heard the numerous times I've shouted, "GAAAAAAAAAY" at my TV while playinf FEFW today.

I’d sit down and calculate the cost per hour played but I don’t think I want to know.

If it helps any, both of my Switches were bought just to play Fire Emblem originally

I was so convinced today wouldn't be a terribly large grocery store run even with knowing I was buying a decent amount of meat...... still $125 after all my coupons/deals. I really hate having to feed myself to exist in this economy.
