I'm the daughter of the daughter of the son of the Cherokee tribe myself. I learned the same lesson & I taught it to my son. It's the Birds that are his window to the world, With his ASD he is a gentle giant. The cruelty of the woman who is property Management astounds me.

But that's not good enough, she tells the staff that the table is ugly and got mad that I actually listened to the advice of DNR and took care of things. She wants to punish us, she's working with section 8 to push us out as well as I'm ♿ & on a fixed income too All Wonderful things 🔴 hats voted for

He used a skunk infestation that I brought to her attention to do this, it's punitive for bringing it to her attention. And in the end they did nothing and put everything on us that live here. I have a giant table that is a tray collects all the seed, none following the ground for animals...

Sorry to hear that. This new property manager, she's been here a few years now as always hated them. I moved in here 20 years ago one of the reasons I did was because we could feed them. I will have to try to talk to the owner,

Property manager has hated them ever since she first took over the job from the last person. Honestly one of the reasons I moved in here was because we could feed the birds

It definitely is, if I would have to go a legal route. We have a diverse backyard flock of well over 100 birds. The Cardinal population has exploded because we fed them well.

No she is trying to punish us for bringing a problem to her attention, or some other perceived slight

Yes and she said nothing about the bird baths. Brought a problem to her attention and this is her punishment, she has form on this

Property manager doesn't want to compromise she wants to hurt us. We brought a problem to her attention and this is punishment, it's what she does.

Oh & I already did compromise, we bought a folding table that I turned into a tray to catch the seed. So now nothing falls on the ground, there's no excuse for her reasoning to take them down. But now she just complains to the staff that the table is ugly. I'm not the only one with an outdoor table

Also I would feel terrible leaving. The Cardinals that I feed for instance think of us like family, and they never move more than five miles from their place of birth. If we stop we abandon them. With my son having ASD these are also basically his OT and emotional support animals. It all so 🤬 up

We might try to go to the head of the company, we have been told to take an end run around the property manager with the office manager next week, and that's from other members of the staff. The owner is actively looking to fire this woman for her shenanigans, stuff like this.

I'm homebound & disabled from an autoimmune disease, on a tightly fixed income.. I own my home but rent the land. I'm kinda in a rock & a hard place otherwise I would have left many years ago. And the rule has been put in place just hurt me and my family. I don't exaggerate when I say this.
