This week we've been reflecting on how important peer review is to everything we do, despite its increasing challenges. Once again, we'd like to express our gratitude to all our reviewers, past and present - we couldn't do it without you! You can read Anna's blog post about peer review below ⬇️
Imperfect as it is, peer review is our best hope for maintaining quality and integrity in what we publish. So thank you to everyone who has reviewed a manuscript or a book proposal for us this year: not only have you made each and every book we’ve published better, you have demonstrated the importance of collaboration, skill and commitment at a time when it can feel that those things are of decreasing value.

A significant aspect of our work in sales and marketing is to make your books as accessible as possible, both physically and financially. Check out this infographic to see how we go beyond the basics in an effort to reduce barriers to knowledge wherever we can. Read more in the link below ⬇️
Channel View Puyblications Sales and Marketing
Beyond the Basics
Making your Books Accessible to All
The basics
We work with library aggregators to ensure that a librarian can purchase your book through the buying model of their choice.
Our website and app make purchase easy for individual customers.
We work with booksellers – from Amazon to independent high street bookshops – to ensure your books are available to those who want them.
How we go further
Everything we have published since 2020, and many other core backlist titles, are available as fully accessible ebooks, far beyond what is legally required by the European Accessibility Act and the impending American Disability Act Title II legislation.
We are one of only 25 UK publishers to hold a Gold Award for the quality and accuracy of the data we provide to the publishing industry, meaning fewer barriers in getting your books to readers.
Accessibility is also about affordability:
all our books are available as low price consumer ebooks. Our prices for these are often less than a third of similar publishers’ typical ebook prices
