We're happy to highlight Jade Baptiste's work in the CHANGE Lab! 🦋 Jade is our Lab Coordinator. She has a B.S. in psychology. Her research interests include adolescents and health psychology. Jade has led projects such as the Youth Advisory Board, LIGHT, You Got It Girl, and the Pathways project! 🦋

We're excited to welcome Dr. Taina Quiles-Kwock to the CHANGE Lab! 🦋 Role: Dr. Taina is our new postdoctoral fellow for CHANGE Lab and IHESJR. Her research explores how Black, Latina, and Afro-Latina girls learn to resist gendered racism. She'll help lead the IDEAS AND LIGHT project. 🦋
