Yep. Buckwheat is complete protein with lots of fiber and a ton of nutrition. Butter is an excellent source of fat. Throwing in a couple tablespoons of almond meal probably wouldn't hurt. You could also put all kinds of good fruit preserves on them...

Yeah, I feel like there's a way a person can tell if drinking soda is harming their health lol. That said, I did some research expecting to find that the unhealthiest states also drink the most soda. I wrong. 76% of the population of Hawaii drinks soda. They're also one of the healthiest states.

Agree with your thesis but, the label has all the information consumers need without explicitly saying "15 tablespoons of sugar". 130% of the recommended added sugar in one drink is objectively bad. If people can't reason for themselves, no amount of dumbing it down that's going to help.
