Last week I got to go to a traveling “Edgar Allen Poe speakeasy” where they made four cocktails to go with four Poe performances. I highly recommend going if it comes to your city, esp if it is also in the local Masonic Temple! The milk punch (to go with “The Black Cat”) was the best.

Did some door-hanger drops for a local city council candidate! If nothing else, it was a great way to get some steps in and work off some election anxiety during a beautiful New England day. The fall foliage is still gorgeous.
