On the surface, it looks like Xbox is doing the right thing and one could argue that they are, but there isn't any concrete language that leads me to believe that they will not remove those digital licences when it suits them--after they end production of physical discs #nodiscnobuy

The gaming community is filled with people that seem to give two fucks about owning what you buy, or paying too much for games. Thanks to Ubisoft selling 2 million copies of Black Flag day one, we have collectively signaled to MS, PS, EA, etc that they can get away with the same shit. Thank y'all!

You can either continue to support these companies by giving them $80 for a game that you technically do not own, or you can do something about it like buying used, or deeply discounted games for one fiscal quarter. We need to hurt the only "people" companies care about... Their shareholders.
