When there's a scooter (or e-bike) related death, people are up in arms. "Ban them! More hi-vis, mandatory helmets!" etc. When it's vehicle-related it's like "there's nothing that can be done, it's just a tragedy". Except maybe more hi-vis for the people being killed, of course.

I'd go even further and just not let anyone in who's late over a certain amount of time. 5-10min grace period, tough shit after that. It's particularly annoying for seated gigs or comedy shows. It's annoying & distracting for everyone.

While not my FAV, my mind always goes to TOCA on the PS1 when I think of Codemasters. I remember being blown away at the CPU cars avoiding crashes in front of them, at a time when other racers would have their CPU just plough straight through. Ahead of its time, TOCA.

I had a read through of issue 1 of N64 Mag today to celebrate. Boy, you were really hopeful that the RPG's were indeed coming. lol Also, it's striking how many games previewed in that 1st issue never actually released.

We didn't get it until March 97 here in Europe :( , but I still remember the day my big brother arrived home with it, Mario 64 & Turok. We only had the one tv and my mother wouldn't let us use it, so off we went to take over my Nan's house. Of course I wasn't allowed to play it at all that day. lol

I played the 3DS version on an LL with the circle pad pro attachment, even though the game isn't compatible. Was just way more comfortable to play for a prolonged time.
