I plugged in my external DVD drive for the first time in about 15 years to go through some old discs, and I found this in it! And it still works!!

Pro tip: If you’re flying economy on a long flight, get one of the seats with a stowable infotainment display. When they do meal service, you can turn the display into a second tray for your device to enjoy uninterrupted access to media that has not been censored
A 15” MacBook Air balances precariously on the infotainment display of a Boeing 777-300ER, with a tray of aeroplane food sitting on the real tray in the foreground.

On 22 December, 2023, Steam user Satoru says "This is basically pointless because therea [sic] no games taht [sic] run on ARM. So why would steam make a client that runs on a platform where literally 0% of games would run on it."

Most of the time, I consider it a very bad thing that work is too stingy to buy me the things I need to do my job effectively (things like a working computer). Sometimes, however, it means I can buy myself whatever I want and claim it all as tax-deductible work expenses 🙃
