DavidB @cgdavidb.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Nope. I watched the trailer which ends with a spectacular shot of a UFO appearing through the clouds. This shot is not in the film except on a screen. Not as something that's happening, but something that already happened. It's false advertising and I feel cheated. And I'm not alone in that opinion. 000

Camels in Mongolia are Bactrian (two humps). The ones in the film are Dromedary (single humps) - those are found in the Middle East and Africa - I've ridden both 😬 110

The examples I've seen online are... not great. This is a single GLSL shader on a sphere. Still working on the sunspots but it's been a fun challenge! 020
