Gonna need some serious "now listen" chats backstage about language and stuff before those shows happen. Lol

And if they literally shoot Collision on the Cruise, and Kairi isn't on the show...that's gonna be...insane for other reasons. Lol

Honestly, a perfect way to have her return, or even debut on AEW (if that's the plan). - Whether it's a happy accident or not...it's pretty damn serendipitous. 🤼

5292

They are the victim in everything they do. It's genuinely insane. Lol

Welp...MLW it is, then...

000

The whole Cass story is revisionist nonsense. - If you signed him, then simply use him. - If you planned to sign Enzo, then do that. - If you didn't plan to sign Enzo...then get to using Cass better. - Those claims about creative plans being "held up" are absurd...you literally make the plans! 🤼

2191

Tag division is already VERY good...even without the aforementioned. Which is why it makes no sense to me that we keep doing the same things over and over.

230

Also, I guess MVP kinda cornered the Punisher gear already.

Oh...it's like...BAD, bad. Lol I heard it got praise, but I didn't listen to it. 😂

271

Swerve Punisher gear would be cool...but, the DC synergy would probably not approve of such things. Lol 🤼

How can you be impressed by the guy who has been the top star of the product for as long as he has? - Reports of officials being impressed really ought to be saved for upcoming talents...

I'm just saying...they can't complain about a problem that they are responsible for creating...

Women as casual bystanders in this graphic...that figures.

000

"We haven't signed Enzo, and it's hampering what we can do." Okay...so sign him (?)

130

If AEW did a special episode where they ran a "Cody is never coming back" party...I think that would be funny and good. 🤼

3121

I know they've had music tour dates to wrap up...but, the entire MCMG situation has left me incredibly underwhelmed at this point. Like...I'm sure that's where we're headed. But...I'll be damned if it isn't just taking too long. Lol

I already forgot the Young Bucks were tag champions again. I'm begging to have someone new. Lol #AEW 🤼

5270

I see that "ex-WWE star Alex Zayne" has made a return. 😂

Looks like there's some humpers on RoH tonight. I will be seated. #WatchRoH #RoH 🤼

Did I miss an inside joke? Why is Kip Sabian's Mystery Wrestling roster photo like this? Lol 🤼

This shit means something to me. *Runs through a wall* 🤼

071

("Famous" being in hard quotations...because, most people still have no idea who WWE performers are.)

140

Do you want to be viewed as a pro wrestler, or a "famous" person.

130

I'd argue the "paycheck" aspect is up for debate. Considering...many top names, including Mariah May and Stephanie Vaquer, took considerable pay cuts. It's more a case of "are you here to be an influencer?"

290

Meanwhile, I've literally never even chosen a "single" favorite wrestler...at any point in my 30+ years of watching wrestling. It's always been varying degrees of "I like this long list of people equally. They're all important to me." - Fed fans are bizarre creatures. 🤼

390

Also, to a degree...those WWE fans will eat up whatever nonsense you feed them. But, indie fans are quicker to be like "what did bro even just say?" - Case in point, Zilla's "nympho baby" promo. There are no real repercussions for doing a shit promo for WWE fans. They simply don't care...

010

Those guys have remained loyal to Nooj while others have gone on to better guaranteed pay. They should absolutely be rewarded. Especially ZSJ.

I don't know...to a degree, I feel like Tsuji has already had some retentions that I wouldn't necessarily have given him. So...I think he's been "dominant" enough already. - He's been champion for 116 days. So, it's not like a "flash in the pan" reign by any means.

000

Yeah, I could see that. - Then you have MJF doing his typical "oh...you just couldn't get the job done, could you buddy?" stuff...and Oiwa gets to beat him and get his momentum back. Which, is...whatever. Predictable stuff. I just don't think Tsuji is a super interesting champion.

110

NJPW has a chance to make me care again...so, hat man better lose. - I've always been a Ryohei guy. 🤼

3111

I get the vibe that he might be content not being fully signed? But, I don't know. - Truly thought it would have happened already...and that makes it seem like he's happy staying in UK full time, and just making AEW appearances.

110

Credit where it's due though...the beach break show they did was incredible, and was likely due to the unique venue more than anything else.

CaptainGrapeDrink @cgd-2.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Florida is a stinky stinkhole, and I've been saying it. - Specifically, I want them to stop bothering with Dailys Place also. - I appreciate the ties, but those crowds are always among the worst.

150

Even him coming out and saying this was very much...on brand for him. Like...no one even cares, dude. Lol

Security was like "da hell am I supposed to do with this?" Lol 🤼

2322

Aside from simply knowing he signed there...I have absolutely no gauge on how Hiromu has done in the fed (if he's done anything at all). At least I've seen mention of EVIL and his current direction. - Hiromu is a mystery to me. 🤼

I wonder if Don's scar is still there, or if they're just drawing it on complete now. It looks different. Lmao. #AEWDynamite 🤼

Pretty sure Will somehow got quicker. Maybe it was like...the spirit of PAC entering his body. #AEWDynamite 🤼
