I guess probably bc they (the indie vtuber in question) made way for the standard of high CCV content for vtubers — or if they’re newer; against the standard since vtubing as a category is over saturated. That only matters if you care for statistics though For hobbyist it’s whatever lol

I went through that before…it sucks but if you’re in the time frame where you can refund; I would say you will refund immediately if you do not get an update as promised within 24hrs… The least they can do is be honest if they didn’t work on it—or give ANY update. I know IRL happens but you paid…
