Or just a different world where both of them didnt accidentally become important at work & Dagda kill them for it, but instead just spend their days happily with the rest of their family...

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Solel might have made a lot of mistakes but hes already had to reincarnate to fix them LET HIM REUNITE WITH HIS WIFE TOO WHY ARE WE SEPARATING A WIFEGUY FROM HIS WIFE 😭

The eyes on models in this game are so so pretty... He looks like he's crying here...

030

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I want to like Solel cuz he's pathetic wifeguy, but also, he's too soft he just can't get shit done... The situation w his daughter, w Iliana, what happened to Yu Phas, the Cydonia case, the Order of Mithras running around... His one great achievement is putting Dagda to sleep =)))

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

The only thing holding me back from diving head first into Solel/Yu Phas is i need to know what happened when she was alive... How did Solel let all that happen...?

I've read quite some dmrs fic where Byleth waits for Dimitri to reincarnate, sometimes by sleeping Now FW has confirmed reincarnation exists in the Sothis saga & demigods can take power nap of a few hundreds years, this is actually super canon compliant =)))))

000

Actually, give me Eshmel/Orchel too

000

Why is my new ship a doomed one đm... I blame Solel

000

Imagine Solel who promises "Yu Phas" a special gift and it's a new ring he plans to give her when they finally visit Aurora's family

000

Castor/Aurora is cute but like. Have you seen a man so downbad it ruined the fate of his Empire?? So downbad the villains played him like a fiddle?

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

I need Solel/Yu Phas nothing-bad-happened AU *yesterday* When they both reincarnated but one is basically a different person with none of the memories & they don't even meet like. Fuck.

I like to ponder on a character's feelings and thoughts (and also I suck balls at descriptions)

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

I rmb some discussions about pov a while ago Most of my writings I no longer keep, but I dug up some old snippets just now. I have never done 3rd person omniscient. It's always been either 1st or limited 3rd... Hmmm I find it easier to nail the story to a specific perspective

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

They really be matching about everything Greedy

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

If we make a Faerghus Four rela chart, all of the lines →Sylvain would be "get your act together already, and stop bothering other people" :)))))))))))))))

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

On the topic of relationship chart, Nintendo Dream made one for Dimitri's birthday a while ago, but it's entirely Dimitri-focused :))) The translation I took on Reddit, but I couldn't find that post anymore...

The usual process is that I write on the note app, then copy paste everything to gg docs for spelling check and revision I have a section that's basically "phrases I've cut out/replaced but don't want to fully delete" And also multiple version of the same line next to each other

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Wip //Personally, I'm more for analog. I like the flexibility & the feeling of pencil scratching against paper, as opposed to rigid lines & spaces & fonts. But I'm terribly indecisive & slow, going back and forth on the words and ideas, so everything looks super messy.....

Anw Byleth will find out and scold him for his attitude :))))))))

020

It's utterly selfish altruism He doesn't think himself worthy, but he still wants to be there with them, to be remembered as the person who loved them

A record of the ppl he loves, the way he loves them Deep down he is aware he will leave them behind

Bc he doesn't think himself important. Rather, the journal is about those important to him, a fail-safe for his own memory But it's also a manifestation of his fear of mortality. He hopes they would live on beyond him, beyond the existence of anyone else to rmb them

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

After the war, Dimi keeps a journal There r meticulous details about what Byleth does, what the children study, what his friends are working on, the food they ate, the topics they discussed, the games they played But nothing ab himself, like an utterly detached record

1103

I'm so glad most other series I like are way deeper into the anime side that they won't touch this level of photorealism And Zelda...has 4 decades of other games I can play

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

I love using "Jesus Christ" as an exclamation, the name is just really fun to say and ennunciate He's not my lord but I believe he'd welcome a little whimsy from heaven :)))

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

I believe Gerome was born with that mask... He looks so extremely bald without it Jesus Christ

131

Hmm sometimes you suddenly realize who did a specific piece of art

030

3, I love Xenoblade 3 and how they discuss surviving in a world with no future & no comfort, everyone should go play it

100

1, I hate those scams of "pay me xxx money so I can chase your bad lucks away" ofc 2, My view of the Church of Seiros seems to be really different from others bc I grew up entirely insulated from organized religions, so I don't have the presumption that Church=evil

100

I'm not religious, nor do I trust horoscope & divination. But, I think a little belief in the greater machinations of our world can do wonders. They don't need to real, just just need to keep us going through this chaotic world...

Thank you for your work 🙏 it came out so cute and lovely ✨ the huge size difference really makes it feel like big brother - little sister huh~ Annie get out of there TT Felix found you anyway, you are going to get steamed under the hot sun TT

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

Like how your tuberculosis vaccination scar turns white & stays your whole life A bigger scar would be like that too right?

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Byleth with a heart surgery scar

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Omg a follow-up 👀👀👀

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

I understand, it feels rude to not use honorifics, but english is like that 🥲 Felix uses polite language with 'Gilbert' because he's an older faculty member. But for 'Gustave' who he must have known as Dimi's teacher, he probably speaks more casually (and, the fact that Gustave abandoned Dimi & Ann

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

In the English script of the game, characters tend to call even adults directly by their name 🤔 Felix would likely just call him "Gustave" as well, but maybe he will use more polite language, like he does with Seteth? "Lord" is mostly used for knight's commander or nobles

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

:))))) I can see Byleth thwacking his head to get him up release her

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

The inspiration... I was reading rofan yesterday... (As the Heart Leads)

000

Rei @certainperson.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Thank you for reading 🙏 they deserve to get into more cute & weird antics like this 😋
