Thanks to @kim-hu.com for getting me on this train. No-reference throwback to the time I saw one of my chickens sunbathing like this and, being new to chickens, thought she had died. Done on a work post-it on my lunch break. #boktober

My quest to turn my bsky into my Tumblr continues. (Dropped the ball yesterday. That won't happen next year)

This is a sneak peek from an upcoming chapter. archiveofourown.org/works/75856856

"Hunter!" Lodi calls. Screams.

Hunter looks back over his shoulder at Lodi and points firmly back up the path, his body language loud and clear. GO! He turns away from Lodi as the first of the second wave of Vex begin stepping through their portals.

Lodi takes a few steps backwards, then halts again, forgetting to breathe as Hunter takes action.

The other man leaps into the air, a swirling mass of shimmering, almost blindingly bright energy forming between his hands. He raises his arms, then hurls the growing ball of Light straight to the center of the Vex.

I'm told I need to post this because along with Soundwave, Jazz has been one of my Transformers crushes for ages. Felt bad I accosted this guy and this guy alone after the @cybertronicspree.bsky.social concert (sorry for squeezing your hand LOLLLL) Sadly I missed Soundwave because my brain melted.

One of the COOLEST things to happen to me at Dragoncon is stumbling upon the booth of the very lovely and talented @sorahsuhng.com Sorah is one of those artists I have admired for YEARS, from back in my City of Heroes days, and I'm so pleased to see she's doing awesome (and remembered me!)

This one deserves its own post. If you didn't know this man, I'd like to think that "joyful" would be one of the first words that come to mind. My ex did me a favor by divorcing me lol I got my do-over, and this is what it's done for me. Art by @jenniebreeden.thedevilspanties.com

Hopping on this immediately #terriblecomictuesday Pulling one I already did from during the Yeetening since I'm at work and can't do a fresh one.

Panel 1. A Titan stands in the distance. In the foreground is a panel of three judges.
Panel 2. The Titan pops Ward of Dawn and sticks crossbow bolts in the ball. Also Morgeth is there.
Panel 3. The Titan yeets Morgeth across the map with the crossbow-bolt-studded-ward-ball.
Panel 4. The Titan bows. The three judges all hold up signs reading "10".

I'm sure I'm committing some kind of sacrilege here but my oven is broken and my apartment hasn't replaced it yet, so I'm baking the brie in the air fryer.

Have you ever let her hatch any eggs? My chicken math started with a pair of rental chickens. One went broody and I bought a mixed set of hatching eggs from backyard chickens forum and next thing I know I had this. I really miss them.

The best thing about my partner is how well he understands me. He gets my goofiness and joy and enthusiasm. It's wonderful having someone who finally speaks my language after so long without. I love him so much lol I'll post a pic of my birthday presents later. He got me some truly thoughtful stuff
