Global warming is too real and very close to home… The air quality index is now 500 where I live, I can’t imagine how bad it is in Canada. I had dozens of people at my job leave because they couldn’t breathe.

I’ve been keeping to myself a lot lately and been in a pretty dark place. I still try to hide it as well as I can. One of my coworkers asked me if I’m alright, that she’s noticed I’ve been down for a while now. It embarrassed me to know my mask wasn’t working, but it was nice to feel seen.
