Just played the stellar blade demo on switch 2 and Jesus Christ these visuals are heavily compromised. We need to explode tim Sweeney and unreal engine for all the harm they have caused to performance and visual clarity in games. This is freaking atrocious.

update on the DS Lite, I was able to get the digitizer cable to hold with a bit of tape :D, additionally, I got the buttons and dpad working again perfectly!! all that's left to do is fix the boot issue and fix the sound not working. Rumors of its death were greatly exaggerated.

Updating on windows and updating on linux are so drastically different things you could do on a PC. On windows you press 1 button and wait 2 hours to download 2gb and reboot 5 times, on linux you type in a command and it downloads the entire system, shrinks in size and takes 10 mins at most.

for all the stupid and moronic decisions the GNOME developers do, once you get it to a usable state with tweaks and extensions it really radicalizes you against the traditional 'taskbar and start menu' desktop design paradigm. I simply cannot go back to the winodws (or mac) model of doing things.
