I've done some work with Vodafone foundation and they are serious humanitarians. Put all their staff through HEAT training and DBS checks and are ready to deploy technicians within 48h to get mobile internet up after a disaster. It's properly impressive.

Oxfam got hammered for their scandal but the only reason that happened is that when they belatedly investigated, fired some people, and managed others out it created a paper trail which could be leaked. Everyone else avoided this fate by simply never investigating and never taking any action
