Even if you call the foul on Miles you have to give a pk on the shirt pull it was egregious

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 24/07/2025

Thanks! It’s tough being a small market with great ownership, facilities, management, and coaching. FCC needs one more piece to have a chance at the double. They will find it.

Yes that is what most people are expecting to occur

The sporting integrity of the league is damaged if they are not suspended. Same rules for everyone. Key FC Cincinnati players were away all week at MLS All Star instead of preparing for the game. If Miami can’t manage key players minutes that’s a Miami problem.

It’s guaranteed that if Evander and Miles Robinson sat out they would be suspended. These are Miami’s opponents who are not with their team preparing for Saturday.

FC Cincinnati was first in on him and with Son going to LAFC (possibly). is FC Cincinnati still in the mix?

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 24/07/2025

Meanwhile Evander and Miles Robinson have been away from their team all week in Austin instead of preparing for Saturday… rules are rules. MLS needs to show some integrity not more Miami favoritism.

I get that but the headline says “in the Messi era”

000

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 11/05/2025

This headline is incorrect - they lost 6-1 to FC Cincinnati last year … not to take any luster off the Loons great performance

He megged the keeper and had a small deflection off the inside of his leg… not an own goal

Nice piece Shawn! Any idea FIFA wave the 5 years of continuous residency requirement for eligibility? He joined fcc in 2021 from Atlas so I guess he could be eligible next year without an exception.

I also think a trade is in the works right now for Halsey based upon this report from @laurelpfahler.bsky.social

Listening to the Tigre’s postgame episode of @thepostcincy.com - my take away from the game is that team is miles better with Bucha (Philly game) and Orellano (Tigre’s) - FCC needs quality depth. The ceiling is high but the floor is low. If healthy and fit they can be great but without 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Idiots are going to idiot. I honestly feel lucky - I don't hear much of that in our section. The crew around us is fairly knowledgable.

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 03/03/2025

Matt Doyle seems to agree - Bucha was the missing piece.

The real FCC is spelled - B U C H A - he is the linchpin - team looked totally different when he came in

I think Evander will be a cash transfer so they can use all 3mm for cap space unless I am misreading the new rules. Cash Transfer inside the league fully convertible. Evander will take up the same DP cap hit so FCC should be in great shape… I think. It’s MLS so who the xAM knows? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 07/02/2025

Yeah I agree - it’s like a timer goes off in his brain after 3 or 4 years and nothing will satisfy him - at least Albright didn’t prevent a move to PSG 🤷🏻‍♂️

000

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 06/02/2025

I also expect they are hesitant to explain decisions fully. The last thing an Agent wants to say is - well the GM can’t do these things that make you happy because of xAM salary cap etc… your buddy wanted too much money to keep him around …. Etc…

A pretty good rule of thumb is understand what you are complaining about before you open your mouth. He is truly moving from hero to villain quickly.

000

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 06/02/2025

Do we think that MLS “sicko fans” understand salary cap and roster rules better than most of the players? Based upon Lucho’s comments I think we do. @thepostcincy.com @empiregass.bsky.social @tombogert.bsky.social @cincyle.bsky.social @thechief.bsky.social @mrkevinwallace.bsky.social

Nailed it on the Acosta situation. He is burning through fans’ goodwill - quickly transforming from hero to villain.

How well do you think Evander would fit in Cincy? I think he would allow Cincy to be more tactically flexible but would have to up his pressing game for Pat.

Can we buyout Baird instead and still be under the cap? Santos has had more value than Baird when needed?

Negativity towards Berding will continue until he does what?

100

Centrejack @centrejack.bsky.social · 01/12/2024

I don’t mind a depth piece, and being a bit opportunistic. However, is this the depth piece we need? Sterling filled a hole in need of a warm body, but in this case Nwaneri is already the warm body. Does this prevent upgrades to left wing or #6 or a Gyokeres type move?
