With the winters setting in and a few particulary cold days recently, now seems like a good time to flag the LB Newham's #warmhavens scheme and their updated list of locations for this winter season. Not just about #keepingwarm but also a haven of activities. www.newham.gov.uk/warmhavens

Wondering what #socialprescribing is? We can't put it any better than the NASP's explainer on their website: socialprescribingacademy.org.uk/what-is-soci...

What is Social Prescribing?

What is social prescribing? It's a way of connecting people with activities, groups and services that improve their health and wellbeing.

Created an account for the #socialprescribing service I'm working in here in LB #Newham to replace the old X account in my last PCN. If anyone has any knowledge of local patient facing feeds that might be useful to push out to a/c followers, please let me know. Found @codydock.bsky.social so far.
