On Wednesday, Plaid Cymru will be urging the Labour Welsh Government to support reclassifying HS2 as an England-only project so that Wales receives its fair share of funding. Currently, HS2 is labeled as an "England and Wales" project, despite having no track in Wales, costing the Welsh budget billions for nothing!
