The Washington Post has exposed that U.S. & Russian officials huddled together in a Swiss conference room earlier this month, and instead of beefing up AI regulation, they REMOVED a range of provisions designed to guide AI use in military weapons, curbing HUMAN REVIEW of AI-generated targets. 🤷
