-Cook the pasta Aldente. Toss it in the serving dish. -Add another tablespoon of pesto. -Ladle in pasta water. -stir that shit up. -Finish with pecorino and red pepper flakes. Buon Appetito motherfuckers

-Microwave heat the grean beans. -Half the tomatoes. -Throw 'em in the serving dish. Season. -Microwave two medium size Yukon potatoes for 3 minutes. -Chop. Finish in frying pan. -Throw chopped potatoes in serving dish. Season. -Add two table spoons of pesto and stir.

Smoked some chicken thighs yesterday using cherry wood. Chicken marinated in oil, salt & pepper, adobo, chipotle, garlic onion and paprika. Finished with a brown sugar/salt rub. I may never eat out again.
