So, I’ve been doing a lot more cooking and etc and one thing I’ve been trying is creating cheong. This is my first one: orange! It turned out great. The tea is just using the leftover orange pieces; I’m going to try and ferment a soda with the syrup when I get back from some travel this weekend.

The beginning: Orange slices in equal weight of sugar.

The view from halfway up to Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park. From this angle, you can see the Pacific Ocean. It’s possible that Vancouver Island can be seen, but the OP isn’t sure that’s what he is seeing.

Variegated money tree. I got this for such a deal. Marketplace is the only thing fb is good for I’m kind of shocked I have this still. It needs some work—those non-variegated leaves are coming from the scion, and they need to be trimmed off. But I’m leaving it for now because if this dies I’ll cry

The irony is palpable. I may have not done a great job showing this in my picture, but— “She Who Sits” being advertised next to hostile architecture in a bus stop. That seat is slanted so no one can sit there for long. God forbid human beings sit—but come and look at the art. May God forgive us.

Kasama breakfast sandwich review: honestly kind of mid. Potato roll is always the way to go, and all the components should have really worked together. But either because the hasbrown/longanisa weren’t crispy enough or because the bread wasn’t toasted, it just didn’t come together all the way.
