It’s the holiday season! Even w/o all that’s happening in the world, “celebration” can look different as we cope w/loss & change. It’s also ok to create new traditions that can include not doing much at all. It’s “just a season” that will pass & you get to decide how to experience it.

I needed this. Been a rough couple of weeks w/loss & change. I get to feel how I feel. I know these feelings won’t last forever & w/grief to expect the unexpected. I wish I could magically remove the intense pain that others who I care for are experiencing. So, there is sadness, memories & tears.
