Today's #greatcompoundrace represents a longer interval but growth has generally been slow, with the arguable exception of CAS who announced their 300 millionth last month but Elsevier | Life Sciences Reaxys stays out in front (but note they subsume PubChem).

Anyone know (or has) a working webserver for the prediction of Cys palmitoylation? Ones I tried did not work or were Ser specific. By all means run this UrBACE sequence from Mylnosiga fluctuans (ORF within GGOI01019559) where you can see putative Cys in the oily tail #bioinformatics
